Somebody who has a history of suing people online is a threat to keep. She might sue anyone on this site next. Not allowing her to participate as a member prevents her from getting triggered enough to go through with a lawsuit.

He's not going to blow us up unless there's a lawsuit involved. This seems perfectly reasonable to me. 

This has been explained repeatedly, but if you're just going to go the way of the Dodo Ostrich and bury your head in the sand then the time being spent explaining it to you is pointless and you end up showcasing little more than a childish tantrum. You're in no position to pretend that you're the hero when you literally refused to clean spam and refused to address Jim. You literally did nothing after a long period of bluster that paved the way for more damages that you were not even bothering to be witness to, and this "I quit" business is bullshit since you for so long stopped doing your job while holding onto your largely-for-show "volunteer mod" title in the first place. 

"Dishonest" is your projective denial of the facts. Luna has drawn lines in the sand over far less repeatedly and you were more than fine with it with your "mods and admins should be able to do whatever the fuck they want" mentality.

Your only job with Luna was being her PR spokesman, and while that was effective for a while on the more impressionable users it was not a permanent solution. Now even they see you for the blatant mistakes you still can't accept having made, so you might as well get with the times.
