The lawsuit ruins the usability of the site.
You've used this to justify way smaller things, while this is over a legitimate issue.
Again, if you don't like it, make another website. We tried this with EC and you shat on it, you can try it with another thing, and if people like that one better then they will likely go there instead.
Others have tried it before you, but you are completely unwilling to. If you really dislike this, do something about it instead of just bitching and moaning on repeat.

Somebody who has a history of suing people online is a threat to keep. She might sue anyone on this site next. Not allowing her to participate as a member prevents her from getting triggered enough to go through with a lawsuit.
