I keep meaning to draw one too, but the fact that I haven't yet tells me quite a bit. 

Those are sugar's trees. It's interesting that there's more than one.

The strokes are generally self assured. All the trunks have been drawn using single stroke lines, this suggests a confident non-hesitant person.

The trees are rather small, so that indicates low self esteem. A more negative view of themselves.

They're placed exclusively on the bottom half of the page, which is the materialist half. Absolutely no spirituality here.

The page being flipped to have the wide side down: non-conformist.

Now, there are 4 trees instead of the usual one.

Tree 2 and 4 in particular are very interesting, because their crowns are "layered" in a way, which is rare. This indicates someone that's the archetype of the model employee, rigorous, and playing by the book, being strict about respecting rules. Even trees 1 and 3, have their crowns be pretty symmetrical.

Let's interpret there being 4 trees as there being 4 separate environments that you interact with, since the biggest difference between them is the crown, which is used to depict the environment.

The first one I'd say is a professional environment, since the tree presented here is the tree that's most normal-looking. Got good proportions, and everything is kinda normal. Though the cloud-shaped crown indicates the tendency to hide yourself/intentions.

The second one has a sharp crown. This indicates aggression to the outer world. Trunk is thin, so smaller ego for this environment. 

The third one has it's crown be kindof an entangled mess. The trunk is normal though. This indicates a very chaotic and confusing environment.

The fourth one has its crown squashed. This can mean "to feel under pressure,Depressed, Obeying without accepting it,Constrained by something,Unfree, constrained"

Anything ringing a bell or all complete nonsense?

i have to agree with the vast majority of your analysis. aside from "The second one has a sharp crown. This indicates aggression to the outer world. Trunk is thin, so smaller ego for this environment. " could you elaborate on that?

and yes I have extreme nervousness and anxiety 24/7 to the point I can’t function or even survive like that 

like without meds I am in a constant state of panic, literally. A panic attack that never ends, that is the state of my consciousness.

but anyways yeah I have to take meds for it so I don’t lose my mind and try to kill myself during a dissociative/depressive episode or just from being unable to handle the anxiety anymore.

For drawing style, it's generally self assured. Single stroke lines for the trunk and roots, can see some doubled up ones on the branches suggesting some slight anxiety in expressing yourself, but confident and decisive otherwise.

There is a lot of carefully drawn detail, so this suggests a meticulous personality. It also suggests being perceptive.

For the parts that aren't the tree, can interpret the left side of the page as more related to the past and passivity and the right side as related to the future/active things. So, the city would be a conflict, something you want to get away from, the mountains a need, something you want. This is suggested by the direction of the plane as well. Perhaps you want to get away from people? The distance between the tree and the city suggests that as well. 

There is a soil line, and the tree seems to be quite stably rooted, so you're a pragmatic person.

It's placed slightly to the left so more nostalgic/observant. 

The tree is large, so high self-esteem.

The trunk is solid and straight, so pretty confident. 

The branches link smoothly to the trunk, so your expression is authentic, you tend to be genuine. The way the branch that's arched downwards and has a different branch go upwards from it is drawn, suggest bravery/impertinence.

The ends of the branches are sharp, this suggest aggression. Furthermore, the thin spikes coming from them are an indicator of sadistic tendencies.

The lines making up the contour of the branches are thick, suggesting a tendency to keep people away. 

Edit: The black clouds and snow might relate to circumstances outside of your control. A burden?

Based on one interpretation of the area you choose to draw in, the lower half is reserved for materialism, and the upper half for abstract ideas, the book referred to abstract ideas as spirituality too, should've expressed it differently. Basically you're really not interested in abstract concepts.

For that part, the extremities of the 2nd tree are sharp. This suggests hostility/agression when relating to the outside world. Choosing to interpret the 4 trees as how you interact with different environments, it means that in that particular environment you are aggressive, and don't exactly have a big ego.
