Any surgery that costs $30 000 for a person who is not independently wealthy is justifiable iff (if and only if) it alleviates a debilitating condition, or contributes to the person's bottom line in some way.

That is the overarching premise for every argument I've posted, here. A vagina is not an ornament (unless you're independently wealthy. Then you could turn your face into a vagina for all I care.)

I mean, you're not horribly burned, your kidneys or bowels aren't about to explode from some illness. Your dick doesn't have a grapefruit sized tumour on it. 

You're not a circus performer, and you're not 50 some odd years old and losing productivity bc your clients are grossed out by your ugly teeth or smthg.

Therefore your surgery (ies) is (are) a whim and only a whim.
