I have decided to write a book and found a brand new philosophy. I do not have a name for it and I'm still in the process of creating a comprehensive thesis for it, but I have a general idea and feel for my philosophy. Here's a rough outline of the basic aspects of it-
Pro:
Maximalism
Ego
Healthy narcissism
Capitalism
Optimism
Awareness/consciousness
Conscientiousness
Positivity
Materialism
Consumerism
Hard work
Caffeine
High energy states
Individualism
Anti:
Forced humility
Nihilism
Pessimism
Depressive outlooks
Communism
Collectivism
Self deprecation
Alcohol
Minimalism
Laziness
Entitlement
Altered States of consciousness
Deflection/avoidance of reality
Negativity
My book will discuss the ways the things my philosophy opposes have harmed our society, and how we can use the values it espouses to improve life both on the macro and micro levels (mainly a focus on the micro). It will be an unapologetic embrace of the excesses society wants us to repress, and an attempt to take the fog out of people's eyes. It will show all the ways society suppresses our wills and natural feelings systematically, socially, and so forth.... And defend the values that encourage us to be the best versions of ourselves.
I am very excited to be taking on this project. I believe it will change lives.
