Okay, the bottom is still way wetter than it should be. I am not going to cut yet but I am going to let it to continue to dry outside of the mold since it is holding its shape. No obvious signs of gel phase, but I think I see glycerin rivers all though the purple layer. The middle color is almost nonexistent.
Notes for next time:
Use more plum color
Use more yellow oxide
Water discount lye solution to account for added moisture from oat milk
Use sodium lactate
