If a picture is posted that was not posted by the user in the picture, but it has been altered in a way that reverse search engines dont recognize and linkbto the original, it is now new information. If a user has already posted their face, untraceable other photos of their face are fair game that do not lead to other information about them.
So like I asked in the other topic, if you could change the image like 5-10% so that it's not flagged by pixel searches, is that different enough that it could stay up within the "Vanity Clause"?

I specifically remember Med sending pics (ad nauseum) to people via PM (remember Mee lol), which would inevitably get posted in threads and you complaining about having to take them down repeatedly. And you did take them down, which would be you going against this "agreed upon rule" you're now claiming we had. A rule that the other mods don't remember.
