Getting a nice opaqueness 

The creamy color os starting to develop and the pigs feet have completely fallen appart :) all of the foot bones are exposed from the meat now, and the large chunks of skin are floating on top. This has about another 11 hours to go, i really want the white bone marrow to dissolve from the knuckles. Been toping off with cold water every 2-3 hours, and keeping a low boil on medium heat.

At this point i am keeping the broth faily diluted, maintaining a high water level. I dont want the broth to get too concentrated too soon and stop the diffusion of nutrients or flavonoids.

Coming along nicely, The flavor is deffinately developing, I'm going to let it cook down now, wont add any water unless it gets way too low. Time to concentrate all that goodness. 5 hours to go
