Hello friends, in this thread i will document my adventure over the next 24+ hours creating a delicious masterpiece. The Ramen Broth recipe im using is one i recorded previously in the Recipe Blog thread. Now let us embark on this journey of soup and soul together :)

First, ive started blanching my pigs feet and chicken backs.
Now that this step is complete i use a chop stick clean the pieces of dark bone marrow still left in between the bones.
Setting my bones aside, I am now starting to chop the vegetables
