Literally, dont go to your dealer's house, dont buy weed, dont pack a bowl, dont bring it up to your mouth and dont inhale while holding a lighter over the weed. That's how you quit. You just dont do it.
I haven’t bought weed in over a year, I just have it. I think this is a huge part of my problem, the last time I was without any weed other than when I was in jail was like 4 years ago.
