to cut it short, brother reached out to me for help but I know that with him one always gets hurt. Still I want to be there and otherwise would miss him terribly. But it would be nice for a change to actually have ways to help and be save myself too. 

He has all sociopathic behaviours but his relationships are always carried from an extreme fondness to an insanely quick everything (moving in, building houses,) and usually last (more than 2 yrs at LEAST). That used to rule sociopathy out. But if it's not a must-criteria then I think I am looking at sth that looks like a duck quacks like a duck and apart from being in a long term rl is a frickin duck..

Doesn't change me though. Still gonna take every blow, but maybe I can learn to deal with him better.
