Strange. Have you tried logging out, then logging in again? That usually seems to kickstart the chat function.

Hello [ica], my name is [Turncoat] and I'm here to assist you today.

What seems to be the trouble [ica]?

yep. didn't help.

anyway. I'll prompt my silly question here and whoever feels like it can answer me on pm or here.
I'm just very curious. Does a longterm relationship rule out sociopathy? In your opinion.

Keep logging in and out until it works, usually takes 2-3 tries

as for your question: yes, sociopaths are doomed to be forever alone sorry

yea doesn't really do the trick.

But my question is the other way around. If someone is or was in a long term relationship, does that mean he or she can't be a psychopath?

Because every list seems to focus on that criteria that no longterm relationships can be established. Seems pretty much like crap to me. Can't there be longing for stability and trained love in order to have security and aside to that emotionlessness?

Yes but that all depends on the individual, there are no general groundrules for this shit, people are different and someone severely ASPD can still have a relationship. You won't find the answer you're looking for here simply because the question you ask is so one-dimensional.

I think that is already the answer I was searching. Because I have something that connects in every bit and piece but doesn't add up because of the longterm relationship. And I can only be there for someone knowing with whom (or against what) I deal with
