Ya she is probably libra
Libra tends to try to avoid conflicts if they can't mediate them, but if that's the case then something potentially Capricornian in nature might be influencing her ability to mediate by drawing hierarchical lines. Libra will run from problems when they feel that they are overloading from the stress, and are the largest bottlers next to maybe Taurus with fairly unstable explosions should they not release their stress. In a Libra's ideal environment, it'd be a soft room that is aesthetically pleasing with potential research (past or present) within their reach.
They also, as a contrast to Aries, prefer to take a lot of time and put multiple steps into what they do. When debating with someone they will argue that they are right based on how much time they put into something, but with it usually have a mental library of facts at the ready to refer to. They've also been known to enjoy charts, bullet pointed lists, and means of otherwise organizing all the info they insist on mulling over. In "The Tortoise vs The Hare", the Hare is Aries-like while the Tortoise is closer to Libran.
If it's merely her ascendant though it could lack the strengths while simply being just the behaviors.
Edit: Right, and the whole... weighing things out into absurdity tendency. Their uncertainty is what makes them try so hard.
