To clarify regarding Turncoat's misinformation about instagram photos being in public domain; if obtained without permission of the owner, they do constitute a copyright infringement (and thus a dox)
A: By virtue of posting images on Instagram, you are not giving up ownership of your images and for most uses outside of Instagram, any third party should be obtaining permission from you to use your images or other content.
