Dissociation is a subtype for PTSD and is usually in response to trauma stimuli, the flashbacks and amnesia yes, sure, derealization and depersonalization is also part of PTSD but you've basically described dissociative amnesia which would be categorized as a separate disorder or PTSD+DS
