what is good for me is not always the same as what is good for other people, this is true most of the time with me as I'm above human. different rules

How would you describe it as a "healthy and fun" process? 

Sorry but im simply above what is "good for" normal humans, im not that, im above humans and there are different things that work on me well than what works for normal people

I mean like, if you had to describe it for someone who had no idea what that was about, how would you try to sell the idea to them for them to model off of and do for themselves?

I'm more trying to find ways that can sustain itself instead of be a "Do or Die" teeter totter with risky behaviors.

 I dont care enough about other people also no one can be me, or be like me im extremely unique, sooo whats the point of trying to teach failures who will never live up to being as amazing as me or achieving what im capable of?;)
