I think they enjoy spontaneity and it seems to be where sam thrives comedically is when everything is off the cuff and unscripted. 

The real time raw reactions though of the random people he filmed was really good footage. Especially when he told that chic her car stank, the look she gave him was gold 

The stair well scene was the best. He could do an entire spoof of like dramatic television/movies and that alone would do really well on YouTube. Maybe spoofing is old news I don’t know but. I enjoy them still
