I would like to see more social commentary, he used to do that kind of stuff but now it’s more random. 

But I feel like a “comedian” type like him (he’s very funny naturally lol) plus social commentary is always widely successful- no one is willing to tell the brutally honest jokes anymore but I think he would be. In stand up comedy I’ve seen they play it very very safe now because of the whole “everything is offensive” culture we have going on right now. 

He included bits of social commentary but it was very subtle and wasn’t the main focus. 

Also I wanted to say that he’s funnier just when he talks, than the scenes or ideas he comes up with. This isn’t a criticism I just think Sam should be on camera more. And he doesn’t really need to scream or spit things like that to be funny, just talking regularly is when he’s the funniest.

This seems like being random for the sake of being random. People try too hard to be stand out these days.
