It's also not the first time that she's insulted him purely based on who he's dating. I think she might be jealous.  

I think Luna was trying to steal BR from delora xd she tried to hit on Slay too when slay was all obsessed with me (and still is even tho hes trying desperately to hide it as he sinks deeper and deeper into my seduction :p)

She might be in a state of confusion over how people like you and Delora can get men, yet she can't. 

She has spent a considerable amount of time demonizing the idea of dating, getting married, socializing in person, sharing feelings, having sex, thinking in the 'family way', etc, so she likely feels inferior in those areas compared to other people and is stuck in a cycle of compensation speeches.

This could be an aggressive expression of an Inferiority Complex, as she's definitely shown the signs.
