If it didn't make you wicked nauseous the first run through, it can sometimes leave pieces of itself behind even after just one run of it.
It mimics love in it's own twisted way, so some get on board rather fast and then find themselves seeking it more strongly than even a life-alteringly addictive crush on someone once did. When you can find affection in a drug instead of people, people stop mattering as much, hence why a lot of more desperate heroin addicts stoop to thieving from their once closer friends.
Seriously heroin is scary shit in most people's hands. The ones who got sick from it and walked away with an aversion to the experience like a food poisoning mental reaction are the lucky ones.

i did get nauseus from it but it felt so good i didnt care lol, i was trying to keep myself from nodding into unconsciousness cuz i thought i would die lol i might have im not sure how potent it was. like i felt like i was going to stop breathing if i passed out
I hate to be that dude because the answer frustrates me too, but I think the answer here is giving it time and otherwise finding somewhere to put all this energy in the meantime. It won't solve the more direct problem, but it will be Harm Reduction practices which themselves make it easier to solve said direct problems with a clearer head.
High energy tends to lead to a harder time focusing on stuff, but something more exhausting should open up the room to focus on things again once the fast mind's a little slower.
When riding high on feelings, it can be hard to see things straight from all those racing thoughts. Slow them down.
If it is your FIRST time doing opiates, I wouldn’t suggest roxis first. If anything reagular 5-10mg percocet can get you a similar feeling. Or even start at vicodin. This goes without saying: DO NOT EVER IV ANY PILLS OR MOVE ONTO HEROIN. That is the fatal mistake a lot of people make and once you’re there, that’s the point of no return. I hope you change your mind and start at vicodin or even tramadol and decide its not for you. Natural drugs like bud or psychedelics can work for people and are much safer.
It's rehab or death at that point, there is no such thing as casual heroin use. Most people don't live very long after the point they start. If they're lucky enough to live long enough- you have to go to rehab. If you don't, you'll end up living on the street as a prostitute, dead, or in jail.
Also there isn't really much heroin on the street anymore, all of it is fentanyl (fent) and thus the rise in overdoses. I'm sure you know fent is stronger than heroin. This problem is only going to increase, as there is a new drug 100x stronger than fent, that is going to be circulating on the streets and being laced into opiate drugs and other drugs of all kinds, no doubt. absolutely no doubts about it.
if you don't know how to test your shit- then you will die. there are also bad batches of heroin all the time, and people drop like flies from the bags.
IV use causes severe damage to the body, risks painful infections, etc. I'm sure you know all of this but it's all the more reason to not *start* with heroin.
That's like becoming a full blown alcoholic, and drinking straight moonshine on day 1 first thing when you wake up in the morning. No one does that. This isn't how you become an alcoholic.
Start with percs. Percs are already highly addictive, and you'll have enough of a struggle not being hooked to those. People move on to heroin from that point.

if you sit in rehab for thirty days you'll realize drugs aren't a fun idea, they're not a good idea, and you shouldn't do this if you can function without being high.
the reason that people turn to drugs is often because whatever they're dealing with is so large, they can't manage it, and don't know how to. like trauma, grief, etc.

make an account, and you just watch the meetings online for free. and you'll see how serious drug issues are, and how it's not funny or a good idea. and you'll very quickly become discouraged from doing it.
the shame in addicts is that we know you shouldn't and we do it anyways because it's incredibly difficult, near impossible to stop, once you've started. don't become this way.
