Since we have a track record of succeeding where Luna fails, can you give me details about how exactly that worked? Maybe we can use what worked and know what failed from it.

People who are voted in think up ideas and can vote on if they should be implemented or not. 

It's somewhere between a Suggestion Box and a Popularity Contest. She was hoping it could be developed far enough to have the website run itself without her having to look at it, considering how lazy and fragile her default self is, plus her inability to take criticism and suggestions meant never taking other peoples ideas to heart. 

Under the PR of "Self-Governing", she was hoping for a way to not have to sift through as many posts for what sorts of things to implement. Her first run had her outvoted by TPG, so she blew up the entire thing because "trolls". Second time around with no TPG it was her complaining on an outside forum about them making "Troll Bills", aka bills she doesn't like and vetoed constantly, followed by de-repping people to weaken their voting power as a form of punishment. Third time around... well, you're looking at it now, she has like no members despite trying to reinstate the idea (while still demonizing the likes of Xadem).

For a system like that, I could have predicted the results Luna experienced.

For the time being, I think it would be easiest if I try to filter out ideas and have people vote on them.

Interestingly, Cawk seems to find this OP threatening. 

He also seems to continue to miss the point, as per usual, by fixating on single areas that aren't entirely relevant.
