I found myself stuck in that rut when it came to establishing team balance in casual matches. 

It made the pink Taric armor a must. 

Support is relaxing because you rarely make calls. It depends on your hero, but for the most part, it is.
I mostly play opportunistic heroes, I feel like Lux is the best one at that, you can safely try and try and try, forever, to get one and once you do, you win.

For a game like heroes of the storm, where the experience is shared and there is no gold, what I am about to say is very true, but for more individually focused games, it is less true. If you play support well, you increase the chances of winning a lot, for minimal effort. You will mostly play safe in the game and at the same time you will be saving people, or doing crucial utility actions, like catching people. Warding and map awareness with pings alone can save a lot of people.
The effect of saving a lot of people and doing the crucial follow up on a catch/engage will boost everyone on your team. While if you play a carry, you boost yourself mainly. Tank or jungle do help others as well, but less so then support, whose entire role is to be selfless. By boosting 4 people, instead of 1(or 2 if your jungle), you increase the statistical chances of winning over a large number of games. You may think Jungle is better at this, but there you boost a carry to individually win the game, or you help a lane-keep afloat, you can't help everyone and you can't save them from their own mistakes. With support, you can help everyone and save them from their own mistakes.
And most importantly, it is easy, much easier than playing jungle or a carry. This easiness will help people who get angry over the game easily.

I no longer get so angry(ever since I stopped being a teen), it is just a game. I have my fun even losing and I dislike the surrender option, HoTS has no surrender. I had noticed a few games that people surrender the moment it's not a stomp and it's a little hard.

I have all Lux skins, except the prestige one, where I had to pay like 1k$ or something or play every day for a month, both are impossible.
Usually, I play Elementalist.
