i am pro there being as minimal rules as possible and want cawk and jim part of the community but they have to stop the cp posting simply because its a legal risk to us all and to the host

What if it's done purely referentially, as a meme instead of as a self-affirming character trait? 

Basically, what if Jim or Xadem made some jokes instead of Cawk's... err, format? 

In the spirit of generosity, and because some of us are wimps, users will be allowed 2 strikes for posting pro-pedophilia talk before receiving a permanent site ban. The first strike is a 12-week ban. After the 12 week ban and on the second strike a banned user will be allowed back on SC if they complete the following steps:

- provide a written admission of guilt;
- an apology statement they will not post pro-pedophilia content again;
- their acknowledgment and acceptance of a permanent ban if they post pro-pedophilia content again; and
- their time-stamped nude displayed their logged-in user account in the background (account will be active for the picture).

So... they have to embarrass themselves to return after they've already been unable to log in for three months? Over some banter? 

I think the duration's enough. 

*Note: The user and all associated user accounts permanently banned for CP/Pro pedophilia content will have not only all accounts banned but all threads/post they've ever created deleted. Thus erasing their existence entirely from the site.

We can't even keep their non-pedo stuff? There's people who want all their stuff wiped on the regular (like Billy), and if all it'd take to have your shit removed is to post "I liek childrens" enough times then you're offering an open vector for swiss cheesing the website. 

If they're aiming to attack the website with puppets that's one thing, as that account likely had nothing of worth to say, but deleting what was said in this place's history, purging everything they've ever said, doesn't just remove them, it removes THEIR CONTEXT. Anyone replying to them will have nothing before it and it'll make the history basically unreadable for what parts they played a hand in. 

Leaving their history up is better for the website, while purging what is specifically the problem content (or puppet history if it's recent enough) saves the website's context. If they embarrassed themselves on here for instance, that'd go away too (like Shiftycunt for example). 

The domain in the future will be changed to SC, instead of sociopathcommunity.

Why to this part? I even get the anti-pedo sentiments, but this part's completely unrelated.

Oversaturation within a disruptive theme's where I'm sitting. It's bare bones enough to not have us incrementally banning specific subjects. 

Otherwise for sheer "flooding" how many topics is too many is still something worth talking about.
