Seriously man, I'd rebrand rather than double down on the Tales of the Creep motif.

I had to rebrand since "Tales from the Creeps" exists.

Just I dunno, "Tale of the Nice Guy". They can doubt you the same way but it's not a direct reference.

I'm not put off by buzzwords or anything, and I understand the word "creep" is used by certain groups to cast insults at men. Been called one myself actually, usually by some chick having a hissy fit over something I've done or whatever. Happens at random or if a guy makes a move and she doesn't like him. That isn't my concern.

Tales from the Creep.... By name is a parody of Tales from the Crypt. I find the name useful in terms of what kind of content I want to make. Yes what I make will at times shock and bewilder. Sometimes the bad guys will win or the story will be left suspended implying the characters are trapped in a permanent state of being.

I want creepiness. I'm not interested in horror or gore. Just G rated content. I can't make as much with restricted content when it comes to something like this.

                                                                Let the Winter Take Me.

It's the early 80's

When Animal was small, ( after the muppet babies ) unfortunate circumstances drove him to live on the freezing cold streets. The experience itself came with trauma as he's seen people freeze to death all around him. Animal is very hairy and has an extreme case of ADHD so his body has the ability to generate and conceal heat even in the coldest recorded  climates.

Animal has been the drummer of  a band called Electric Mayhem for all of his adult life. Overall he's usually happy, but there is something about life that's been eating away at him, and that is.... Animal is always expected to shut up. Not even you, observe, enjoy listening to this guy speak. He's loud, vulgar, and not very bright. Chaos is all he knows. He played with various celebrities on the Muppet Show, but was never really allowed to speak much cause his voice is chaotic, and he's slaughtered songs every time he had got to sing. But... Singing lead is his dream. Just for once he'd like to be the lead singer, but they never let him.  "You're too rough" they said.

Animal got into hard street drugs, and overdosed. He was rushed to Mickey Mouse Hospital in Disney where he was resuscitated then sent to rehab where he would be locked away.

The band went to see him and found him silent and chained down in his dungeon. Won't speak, won't eat.

Then in short time, someone special came down to see him. Kermit D Frog. *Animal lights up* "BoSs !"

"Hey fella ? *looks Animal up and down* "Pretty neat how you're still alive. Looks like you got yourself into a bit of a pickle" *nodding*

"aMInAl seek...." *takes deep breath* " dEaaaaaaaaaTh"

-Metal Plays

- Animal leads.

- Band members back up sing.

- When the song was almost over Kermit walked on the stage just in time to drop his 1 word. "Me" at the very end of the last chorus, Animal shut it down.

The show ended up losing ratings in following episodes. The world at the time wasn't ready for this type of metal. The Muppets just carried on with their experiments in their televised show.

What ever happened to Animal ?

Nothing he's fine.

They are muppets. Deceivers. Smoke and mirrors. This time they added a bit of drama to a music video to increase the ratings for their circus of a show. At the time back then they wanted to captivate viewers in preparation for this new form of metal.

Today's protagonist, Frank, yes that's his real name....he's British and has a clean American accent off camera, and while this is extremely difficult to prove to anyone, observers are more likely to fall for the Muppets sourcery than believe what I swear is true about them. They are real.
