Insulting someone based on their appearance gives me the willies and does come back to bite people in some way shape or form. Right off the bat it demotes inner beauty. Bit off topic, but I reckon Med is what is called a young soul, and if reincarnation is real, this is her first rodeo, and there's many more lives filled with lessons to live though.
Nathan has an interesting appearance in those images. Given the eye shadow and the image filtered as dot matrix, he successfully pulled off a comic book Joker look. which was probably the point. Very pointy chin and jaw structure long nose and and forehead triangular in appearance are indicators that Nate naturally looks psychologically mad.
Just burned some fossil fuel with a massive swig of some of that fresh lake water and massive electricity bill and chaos and destruction and expensive RAM and GPU's that make people sad, so Mr. Supercomputer can do a facial reading and fortune telling on Nate's facial features. I agree with some of that.

As for TMJ. I had that. Your jaw is misaligned, Hurts when you chew. Mine lasted a couple of months. Thought it was gonna be for life.
Eventually I decided to rehab my jaw myself and started applying tension and just clench my jaws gradually applying more bite force through the pain. You'll eventually hear and feel the cracking. You'll adapt to the pain and just keep doing that, and it'll heal sooner than later.
It's the same thing if someone gets fucked up and has to learn how to walk again. The exercise is painful, but the practice opens boundaries that become comfortable. Pain goes away and everything is back to normal.
