That still looks powder. It should form a hard rock if its been cooked right. Measurements need to be altered depending on purity, but you can use a spoon to test for a good ratio before cooking large amounts like that.
Start by sprinkling equal amounts of coke and baking soda into a spoon. Use a dropper or a napkin to add water slowly so it doesnt spill or splash. Hold the lighter low, this is a chemical reaction and you want it all to react evenly. When it starts to bubble slow down. Add water as you go if it starts getting dry before crystallizing. When a clear crystal like film forms on top you have it. Use another spoon to scrap this off the top. Sediment is mostly cut, leave it behind. Set the ball on a coffee filter to dry. When it is completely dry then it is ready to smoke.
I used to rinse out old coffee filters for the water that would go into cooking new batches. Tweak the amount of baking soda and water used until you reach maximum product. Use this same coke: baking soda ratio as you move up to larger amounts.
