There are cases where men are falsely accused of rape. Knowing this I won't sympathize with either side while they're getting to the bottom of it in court. At this point the man is already destroyed though, even when found innocent the damage is done and she'll walk free unless the guy wants to pay a mint for defamation and lawyer fees, which won't be worth it unless he's rich and wants her incarcerated.
