Based on the grounds it's being done for, without my having done it to you, your choice to do that flags under a court of law as many offenses. There's also older times you did it that show a paper trail and plenty of posts that demonstrate a motive. 

Seriously, even if it's not me, someone you dox is going to sue you based on what info people have already found on you. You can't afford to keep hemorrhaging money like this, and once it's them suing you you have no way out of it short of offering them a settlement.
