 If tomorrow you woke up and you were a fully qualified woman, would the mental health issues you're facing disappear? Probably not, working on solving those first, wether it's through a therapist or pills. Even if you transition, but you're still too unmotivated to accomplish anything, does it even matter?

Try getting a hobby that has nothing to do with the internet; idk if it's suitable for your city but you can't go wrong with simply riding your bike
