Both of you idealize and rationalize the bourgeoisie and their passive incomes while making socialism look as absurd as possible or trying to weaken it while honestly not having any support for it unless you can incorporate in a bourgeois type of idea of passive benefits to go with the same type of mentality of "earning" capital as oppossed to the distribution to the common worker.

It's obviousy dishonest when you mention people being given a four bedroom home, when people should be given any home available, 'beautiful" or four bedroom or not. You draw lines because you have no real support of socialism, same as nimbys (and turncoat) that try to "balance things out," yet ultimately end up supporting a strictly capitalist society.

This is why people were mad at Brian Thompson, yet under the capitalists own logic, he did nothing wrong yet they try to say he "took it too far." Exploiting workers is not working as hard as the workers, and even if that was partially true with an ownership class coming up with work for themselves, that doesn't justify the exploitation including the deprivation of others from work while being more able to work thanks to capital or labor exploitation.

Also yes capitalism has labor camps and thugs, it's called the prison system and it's the highest amount of people ever to be sent to labor camps to be tortured and exploited. Along with all the other people having their labor exploited.

But nobody's come up with a workable alternative, yet.

Communism was a flop, and so was most of what Chomsky tried. Every commune I've seen that was somewhat successful started with upper middle class academics and millions of dollars that they pumped into it before living by their own rules. Those young British anarchists just look like a bunch of punky hipsters living in a bin. Nouveaux homeless. My favourite. 😋 They did their thing about 10 years ago. Not sure if they're still around.

All we can do is find ways to make capitalism as kind as possible. Or not, and we can delude ourselves into believing that we're more deserving than that poor trash over there.

There doesn't need to be a "workable alternative." Just for people to understand reality so they can stop their own exploitation which is why I still support birth strikes under capital. There is no logical reason to let yourself be exploited by having children under capital and only makes sense to support yourself as much as possible under the demands of capital rewarding a level of submission to its exploits.

Either there's a push to a more complete socialism, or there's a push to the right and ignorant fascism which is what we see rising in Europe. Ignorant fascists setting themselves up and their children for exploitation.
