How to have a diet of under fifty calories a day

Warning- you may become dizzy. This is what I have been doing. 

Green tea with no sugar in order to speed up metabolism 

Caffeinated diet soda 

Caffeine pills 

Sugar free jello 

You can also mold it into the shapes of fruits, vegetables, and anything else

Pickles 

Miracle noodles with msg sprinkled on 

Popsicles made from sugar free soda and "juice" 

"Cakes" made from a combination of sugar free jello, sugar free soda, and juice 

0 calorie salad dressing on iceberg lettuce "salad" with bits of cut up celery in it

Smoothies made from blended ice burg lettuce and celery with lemon juice and Splenda in it 

 "Cookies" and "cakes" made from edible clay and artificial sweetener and food coloring 

If you get to hungry then drink vegetable low calorie bouillon cubes mixed with hot water and msg  with added salt and pepper ;)

Honestly you are being very stupid at the cost to your body

For awhile I did this max daily:

Protein 70 g

Carbs 120 g

Fat 50 g

Not calories 

and messed around in MyFitnessPal app , I was also taking Wegovy which I cut out about six months ago 

(very expensive $$$ but weight came off quickly)

I got lazy about the max daily and my exercise diminished about the time a month ago I developed a stomach issue which hopefully I get a CT for this week

 Assuming you are 5’4 you could be a weight of 134 lbs for 23 BMI

 I'm taller than that actually. But it doesn't matter because guess what? I don't care what the scale says I don't see that when I look in the mirror
