its always been weird to me how interested in eachother's lives you all are. like special is cool and all but its his ideas that matter right?

Empathy tends to make one's peers more interesting. 🤷

but i guess people lie to feel important and you guys are so bored you just go around trying to find the liars... but the way i see it, life is difficult and sad and a tragedy and we should all just have empathy for each other. if someone wants to lie about who they are what do i care? you guys are like a little group of 3rd graders gossiping

Why would he lie about such a mundane thing, like becoming a millionaire. It's the contrast here that makes it special, and his starting point. There are many millionaires out there. I think it's the feeling of being "duped" and the feeling of disappointment when you find out that the person you believed in wasn't everything you thought they were, that keeps people skeptical. But it's still so much better to just believe in those around you than constantly doubt them just so you can prove how useless everyone is.

But I don't buy this "I'm disinterested in the lives of others." What you really mean is that the apes of SC don't entertain you because they're predictable. If you truly only cared about ideas, and not the people behind those ideas, then why do you use "Prof." honorific when you refer to Jordan Peterson? It's because you know it matters what people do, what made them who they are, and what they've achieved. It gives their words weight. But I'm glad to see that your philosophy is becoming naive and idealistic again. I think it's good for you. It looks like you're breaking out of the death trap philosophy you used to be in.

I'm not. But if I was, what would I be fishing for?

Attention through triggering his urge to gloat.

You thinking this way explains a lot about your actions, particularly when you were complimenting BT, Good, and Chapo. To what end would you say I'm doing this?

I have every faith that what Spatial says is true. I can "see" his transformation over the years. It's still not at the same level as Elon Musk, but I think he could do it if he wanted to. I know I could.

But out of curiosity, why do you think he says he is who he is? What do you think is the reality?

My late Father was basically King Midas, so I inherited a boat load there.

In 2017 I built my mining rigs and mined Ethereum. I simply shared what I was doing. I still have the rigs though I don't use them. I thought of repurposing them for machine learning though.

in 2019 and 2020 I invested harder into Ethereum. If I'm to gloat I'd recall Jim making fun of me for going with Ethereum instead of Bitcoin Cash.

I think I did well with separate trading. Some losses but mostly gains. I traded with some members along the way. Traded some Chainlink with Systematic observing, he watched me make 90k real quick.

I tried to take you all with me, but as it stands, to some of them I'm just some dumb nigger and I couldn't have possibly succeeded even though I've been howling about this for the past SEVEN YEARS now.

I still want that Model X. Last I looked the version I want is $150k, however if I got it the income tax from selling off some coins, plus sales taxes from the machine itself, it would come up to $213,000 I would have to liquidate, over time of course, but I like to get taxes over and done with. While I can have that, it's unwise to do it while it's 2024 and the halving just passed. I have my holding and will take it easy this cycle, do a little bit here and there. The Solana Blockchain is good right now.  I expect 1 more huge market crash before it blows up. Then.... The bloody taxes won't be so bad when I sell such amounts. I'm also surrounded by people who are suffering from inflation so I have people to look after too, so it's not like I'm living some lavish lifestyle. Maybe by the end of this year... Maybe not. Crime is high, and home invasions are up, we're headed into darkness.

So what do you want from life besides money? What's next?

Same thing everyone wants, to be happy. Food, entertainment, some good company and all that first world stuff.

No higher purpose huh?

Aren't you curious about why we are here?

I think I know why we're here. Simply put it's better than nothing. ( Literally it is )

Our purpose is to love one another. That means all that goes with it, beat your kids if you have to so the world won't destroy them etc.

When it comes to business, it's unwise to expose it here, or else some Godless muppet will work around the clock to ruin it the best they can. Write bullshit reviews etc.

In the end of this life, it won't be about how much we sold or how much we made or what we have. It's going to be about how we've been. It's okay if no one mourns one's passing but if our death makes the world a better place, then we fucked up.

With that I'd reckon the highest purpose is simply doing what we're supposed to do, which is interact and be functional.

You think so? Live is the answer?

It's quite interesting how "conservative" your outlook on the ultimate question in life is.

Personally, I think there's some higher meaning that is there to be discovered. It's those ideas that require us to work against our instincts, but which on some level we all recognize as right.

I think happiness is overrated. Doing something "meaningful" in an absolute sense is more important than individual happiness. It's sometimes good to be miserable.
