Keto thread

Im trying keto until the first of December. A calculator on the internet tells me I will lose 8kg. I printed a little plan where I have to tick every day I successfully completed to make it more fun. Anyone wanna join in?

I also ordered electrolytes from Amazon and test stripes to pee on to check if I am in ketosis. I think it will be a lot of fun. Here are the groceries I bought yesterday:

-1 cabbage

-500gr tomatoes

-2 avocades

-10 eggs

-500gr gouda cheese

-1 glass of ghee

-1 glass of coconut oil

-1 package of linseed

-400gr of lean beef steaks

-3 cans of thunafish

-400gr of chicken breasts

-one package of bacon

-1kg zucchini

Avacados are high in carbs and it seems like nonsense that it wouldn’t put you into ketosis if you ate like 1.

 Hey thanks for telling me. Ill give it away. I found it on a keto food list but I just checked and you are right. I also hate Avocados.

Get wegovy. Good stuff. Heard it is so successful in the world it drives the economy of Denmark. 
Besides that, avocados are good for you. “Good fats”. 
Personally I love avocados on salads sometimes.

 It is about cutting carbs not fats.

 I’m supposed to monitor carbs AND fats and proteins in set proportions

I'm in, but that's cheating, because I havent eaten carbphydrates since February. Also fasting over the weekends, Saturday and Sunday. 

As a consequence, I've noticed I can think more clearly, and I was granted death anxiety. I'm in pretty good shape now too.

I eat avocados. I thought they're low in digestible carbs and it's mostly fiber? They're supposed to be keto friendly.

Besides your brain and body running on keto your insulin resistance gets better and your brain and body cells clean themselves more efficiently through increased autophagy. I really think fasting gives you superhuman abilities.

I don't really see why I'd need to lose weight.
