Also, aren’t you rich? Why are you shopping at normal people stores? I mean… Rich in Florida isn’t the same as rich in an expensive place, so I get it, but other people think you’re rich, so… Just pointing it out.

Never got the impression she is “rich”. Maybe yeah to someone like Trypt, she is rich.

 She said she was before.

Honest Report on Nordstrom Rack

They have some decent quality brands, but I was unable to find anything that fit me. I am size small typically. All the best stuff they had to offer was only available in the larger sizes.

This is always a problem with stock, the size smalls of everything run out the fastest.

But yeah, with nordstrom rack I highly recommend trying on everything before you go, because the fit of a lot of their items was kind of bizarre. And then, wear it again at home for a bit, maybe take some photo or video in it to make sure it really has the fit you want. Before you take the tags off, and then return it when you realize it fits weird.

I found some really nice quality things, but they're just too big fit wise.

The shoes were really picked over. The bags section was the dryest I've ever seen it. The jewelry is mostly tacky costume jewelry.

The best they had to offer was the makeup section, which had 50% my favorite L'occitane products, and my favorite Mac lipsticks in from the powder kiss range. Only four shades... but, at least they were desirable wearable shades. However, TJ Maxx/Marshall's has the same exact lipsticks from Mac for an even lower price. At Nordstrom they were still $15 a piece.

Every now and then you find something good, but you really have to dig for it. It may be that my location is just really picked over, but I tried looking on the website and the stock available on there was even more limited... to put it nicely.

I really want to like Nordstrom, and I do like shopping there because you can find some decent quality things. But, you have to get lucky to find a goodie you really want, in your size.

And then they have random "hot items" that are kind of just a sensation at the time or just sell well, and they stock those in bulk for really cheap prices. Like half off Nest candles, and $10.00 white shorts that, were popular here in Florida in the summer. And those all sell really well.

And then there's just random junk scattered through out the store you definitely didn't come there for, that's really random. It's a nice store, on the surface and in concept, but, it's kind of flopping for me in the actual reality of its turn out right now. The options are dwindling, and in reality, a lot of it is over priced stuff that no one wanted in its first life somewhere else in retail.

I found a pretty alright leather jacket from ASOS, though it does fit quite boxy and it is a few sizes too large, I really just needed something thick. And it was quality wise, the right price like, the nordstrom rack price is what I would pay for it. It wasn't a $100.00 leather jacket in quality, but it was posing as one.

That's the honest truth, and I'm sorry it's a little bit bitter. But, hopefully they pick up the pace and some good stock comes through around the holidays. Christmas is the time of year to shop there, they really stock well during that whole season. I remember I hit it up one year after Christmas for those post-holiday sales, and again I just wanted the L'occitone and a really nice quality sweater I found that's original price was over $200.

The other truth I have to say about it is that it was a lot of winter wear, which I'm assuming came from up north. Realistically, here in Florida, we have almost zero need for anything heavy and thick. And a lot of the clothes there are quite, heavy and thick, stuff that you would really need if you lived in like, Chicago. It is 110 degrees here, we are good. We need bathing suits. There was very few bathing suits.

There was a neon green lime full body onesie suit. I'm like, what the fuck? Bye. And that sums it up.

Also I tried to burn the Nest candles and they burned really weird, almost like they were faulty. Ended up smelling more like burning smoke than the actual citrus scent I was hoping for. Was better off just melting the wax without the flame being lit, something about the wick was, not right. I don't know what happened, but I'm wondering if it was user error because someone left them in the car and they melted, before I burned them, so they may have been formulaically altered. Heat can significantly alter a chemical makeup of a product so.

The home section was meh, I saw some bowls I thought were kind of on trend, I wasn't head over heals about them necessarily but, they were at least related to what's in style, so I could see those maybe doing well. Especially because, everyone wants bowls to put halloween candy in this time of year.

Again, Nordstrom rack is literally a poor person store. It’s literally discount Nordstrom stuff. Normal Nordstrom is for rich people, so even your explanation proves you don’t even know the difference between rich people stores and poor people stores. Rich people would never shop from anything with rack in the title. Also, Nordstrom, the normal store, has mostly small clothes.

I know because I’m a small and I used to shop there, when I went outside to shop, so it figures the rack store would have left over fat people clothes because it caters to poor people who are usually fat and trying to cover up their fat with big winter clothes, while the rich people are skinny and like nice clothes from rich people stores like actual Nordstrom, not the discount rack one.

Just because houses in Florida are dirt cheap, compared to places like San Diego, doesn’t make you rich. You have no other traits of a rich person. You don’t even shop where they shop or know where they don’t shop. You have no class, no offense, and you don’t even live in a place where people are actually rich. You live in a place where old people go to retire, so they can feel like they’re rich, while living on the little that they saved their entire lives for, or that they get from the government. When you move somewhere with actual rich people home values, and start understanding what it means to be rich, then you can tell people you’re rich, but until then, I’d like you to admit the truth.

Your family has an average amount of wealth, living in a cheap state, so you can pretend you’re rich, but even there, you have no rich people habits, and just have a normal life and even a lower class mentality. That’s the truth of the matter, again, no offense. I just feel like the truth should be known.

Juicy Couture Matching Set

2 Tops (Black, Pastel Pink) $10.99

5 Bottoms (Black, Pastel Pink, Hot Pink, Tan, Pastel Purple) $14.99

Unfortunately I threw away the tags, so I don't know the original price or proper product name on this one.

A little update on the set I've been wearing it and I love that I had more to put on in different colors, because once I started wearing this set I really didn't want to wear other things around the house. It's extremely comfortable and stretchy fabric that is thin enough you don't feel it on, but thick enough obviously to be "full coverage" in quality. All while looking extremely cute.

If pastel pink is your color, it's going to look so good on. This is a great buy.

The only problem is, I did buy the top in a medium, because they just didn't have any size small but I didn't care because the set was so cute, I knew I likely wouldn't come across it again as the Juicy stuff goes quick in my locations. Coveted stuff. (People buy it all and then sell it online for double the price, yep).

But yeah a size small would of been a better fit on the top just to look the most put together it can possibly look.

So just, again this is an issue I run into a lot being a bit 'petite' is just, fit is always such a thing with me. lol So, if you want it to look the best it can possibly look, consider what fit looks/feels best. Proper fit just, it's so important in clothes to get the best possible 'look' out of it.

But yeah, I'm in love with this set, I could live in it all the time. Very stretchy, light weight, so comfortable and soft. It's a win for sure, if you see this, do buy. You won't be disappointed.

Them: "... and it comes in a matching set."

Brands that put the tags on clothing in such a way that you can remove them without scissors and without damaging the clothing what so ever have a special place in my heart.

Clothing without tags on their interior, even better. I hate tags. Especially when they are sewn into the clothing so that removing them causes you to literally take apart the stitching and completely ruin it.

TJ Maxx has russel + hazel office stuff! I bought the  two binders they had in stock, one white one pink.

I’ve been eyeing these binders in those colors for years, I even went to the container store just to look at it in person to decide is it worth the price point. All their office stuff is beautiful so I wanted to see it.

And I deliberated about buying their stuff, 50 times. I tried finding deals and stuff through other suppliers, or second hand.

I just had a really hard time in my mind justifying that price point. It’s a bit high for office stuff, but it’s, the best I’ve ever seen (according to my preferred aesthetics)

It’s very functional and practical, but gorgeous at the same time. Durable, lasting.

I’ve wanted it for the absolute longest time so when I saw them for half off at TJ Maxx I instantly grabbed them. This is a wonderful deal. I love this brand, they don’t disappoint.

I hope they’re able to stay in business and keep innovating new beautiful products. But yeah. I was really surprised to find these here… I hope to find more.

Also, while I was adventuring around they stocked more juicy couture stuff :P the set I bought in more sizes is available so. that’s good that more people can get it. Because it’s, a good find.
