Tried to look up some, mostly finding people being logged for the longest sentence served rather than the largest consecutive numbers, but I am finding people who got like 14 life sentences and shit.

 That’s literally 1 arrest. James Holmes got a lot of life sentences, doesn’t mean he got arrested 6 times in 1 month span.

Found it, just had to refine the search terms themselves: 

World's most arrested man (Henry Earl), who has been put behind bars 1267 times in the last 40 years, has been arrested again in Lexington, Kentucky, for being drunk outside an eatery.

 Seems legit. I don’t believe for a second that is a real statistic. You’re not just gonna get free bail 1200 times.

Those do not look like mugshots. He probably got arrested a couple times.
