 it's a bit too common of a label, we'd be competing with mental health providers in the google listings

 no i disagree. they are a litmus test for how cool the place is. sadly i really believe the combination of tc's sensibilities/control and good's ambition are really pussifying the place in an ironic twist.

So, rebrand or not, here is what I think might be good:

1. ban positive and spamming pedo talk
2. create a spam category where:
   1. Mods will have a direct button to send a topic there, but ppl can still post and comment on it
   2. Mods can send an entire topic, or specific posts, with one button, to a special topic per user that is locted in the spam category, so every spam post goes into that topic (other ppl can still post in the topic)

For advertising:

1. I really do think creating an entire post-card thing would be cool, to leave at random places irl, tho probably 95% useless
2. Might actually pay people to spam discord servers lol
