What kind of posts do you prefer?? I feel like I used to laugh more often here. Probably due to the presence of other shitposters which made pattern building and bandwagoning possible, influencing discource and orchestrating punchlines (both verbally and situationally)

people are still funny sometimes. I'm not talking schadenfreude like with Med or some other mentally incapacitated person, or even funny without them noticing. I miss like, genuine quips and witty humour

I enjoy entertaining posts the most. Other than that I can't categorise them better. However I do not constrain myself only to those types.

Cheery bye!

Also, one main detractor most threads succumb to is derailing.  It's hit or miss on retention other than the derailers; often a miss.

When they don't derail they tend to just end, and as a follow up to that you could end up missing out on the openings that were otherwise presented in the topic.

There is usually a point where people already did their cameo-post and don't plan to look at the topic any further, content with simply having seen their own reply. Why stomp on the flow of conversation that remains still alive over some idea that it tangented from the OP?

There's also very often that the topic sucked except for one nugget of truth in it. Sometimes that nugget becomes the topic prompt instead and we end up with pages of data anyway.

There is also nothing to stop quoting an old point to continue where the convo once was, we've even done so before and seen it work.

I like when it gives the room for interactivity.

I believe you TC, when you say you feel you're swimming in a sea of time trying to find something to swim to, because your days seem like a purposeless void where time is endless and the days, weeks, months and years roll into each other to the point where one year is hardly discernible from another and it's all just one long sprawling day, until that day somehow simply runs out, ending in a slow dark melancholy, alongside a bitter taste of poverty, but apart from that bleak summation, surely you must be able to see that not everyone lives like you, and, most people don't have the empty pointless luxury of just watching their days slowly slip away into nothing, and for most people, time is a valuable resource so they are not prone to piss it all away reading every meaningless shitpost or delusional ramble made by their psychotic e-friends, because they have real friends, and family, and jobs and school and goals and dreams they're swimming towards, so while your existence works perfectly for you and makes you feel content, it's not a common existence that translates into happiness for the majority of people's lives, and I'm surprised you don't know this or can't at least imagine another's reality and perspective, because it feels like you're justifying how the things you do that most people would find so boring, to the point their brain cells voluntarily suicide, is somehow enlightening, when it's not, it's like you think you're hunting for a marble in the city of Chicago, while for the rest of us, an elephant sits on the sofa in plain sight.

Bruh use periods.

I think what I often don't account for is moreso that I read and write a lot faster than other people, so they find what I can do without any strain as oddly exhausting.

Should I pity that or something?

I'm sorry my words were hard and hurt you. I'm an Ashkenazi Jew and I'm schooled to talk Dugri.
