 I don't blame you for hating Americans. We've got a real shitty Government right now that has policies that don't match with the American people. We're trying to get our elections back from corruption. MAGA! means less imperialism and taking care of home.

Our presidents are a symptom of the people who are a symptom of the government as a whole. 

The reason why the US seems loud is over how we get new leadership every four to eight years while maintaining a permanent social civil war, it even has less Democratic nations take us less seriously over how they can wait out anyone they don't like. From within the US it makes sense, but imagine how people with perpetual leadership styles might see it, how someone following a King or Queen might end up confused? 

Beyond that, this place is a hardcore melting pot with complicated history. A lot of why other nations are not dramatic is over how they don't have as many racial boundaries to cross, even allowing some to think that none of their own are racist over how no one ever talks about it. The US tried to tackle something other places struggle with, and those with the privilege of not having to judge us for it. By having our leadership in flux, it has given the common man the illusion of control to such a point that most people, if not jaded yet, think themselves as some sort of freedom fighter regardless of faction. 

Having traveled, it seems like the US reputation is as loud as our squeakiest wheels, rather than our awkward majority. A lot ended up confused how I wasn't some cheeseburger eating Republican over how the only US news channel they got was Fox. 

I could seriously rant on and on about how us being made to fight ourselves is how those with actual power get shit done, we've been exhausted out by being made to fight ourselves, repeatedly, for way, way too long. Our cultural form of historical jading is hitting from a direction outside of royalty, but it is finally starting to kick in as it has for others who feel powerless as a matter of culture. 

I am in some Discords with central and eastern Europeans, and one of the things the Eastern faggots in particular bring up is that both Russia and Ukraine are massively corrupt. They depict Ukraine being like a Russia-lite spinoff, top-down corruption. That may sound like slander now that we've had Ukrainian flags on every fucking site, but it was common knowledge from the Euromaidan times and back. If you want to see how static this social attitude of lawless bloodletting over there is, look up the videos of pro-Russian Ukranians being taped to poles.

Without needing to assign blame to either side, we can see this conflict as some typical Vodka-belt politics. A lot of ego by the guys at the top that won't allow for a graceful landing; both Putin and Zelensky both have to appear unremitting to maintain image. The whole Russian war machine was a clusterfuck at the outset due to corruption, and we've seen Ukraine use false flag missiles in Poland to try to drag the West further in.

These are people we shouldn't have any investment in, and most Americans knew jack shit about Ukraine before this war. Most likely cannot find it on a map to this day. I fail to see why this should be our business, as if our people are meant to be the moral police of the world, both militarily and economically.

Wouldn't it at least make sense to throw in as far as who the US would prefer to win, when considering the room for future wars to develop (if not other interests)?

I honestly don't know if it would have been better or worse for US to be less aggressive about NATO that far East. If America were more willing to let that sphere handle its own conflicts, and if that in turn helped us build a better bridge with Russia, would it be better? It certainly might prevent this Sino-Russia alliance we're seeing that is kind of like the Axis to our Allies.
