Who is "They"? 

it is an interesting calling for sure but not one to be taken lightly  it is not unheard of some shamen going insane or dying early because of being overpowered by the lower forces  in my opinion these shamen were not practicing in alignment with compassion and unconditional love for everything in existence though  for example I should not actually hate or be disrespectful towards the lower energies and demons but love and accept them as well

so it is already around all of us  the specific realm that shamen enter seems to be all of the unconscious energies of existence from my understanding the collective subconscious of everything in existence  I suppose that I still recieve messages and interact with the spirit world even in my normal state of consciousness,  but entering the spiritual realm through trance suddenly it all becomes more concentrated and tangible  people also astral project but the astral realm is different than entering the collective subconscious of everything in existence  I think that they are two different realms although those two realms interact with each other as do those two realms interact with the normal conscious realm of humanity

You went from one hallucination into another with a 1-2 month burst of clarity in between.

Does your therapist know the spiritual realm is training you to be a shaman?

lol spirituality is accepted in America now,  you are the one who looks unevolved and frankly dumb for not believing in it  I do not have a therapist

and even shamen working in alignment with unconditional love and compassion can be killed in the physical realm by people who falsely accuse good intentioned shamen of stuff that they are not responsible for

but as far as in the spiritual realms a shaman like myself would be the most powerful because unconditional love is the most powerful energy in existence  meaning once I am trained no entities or energies in the spiritual realm will be able to fuck with me
