Or,  a guy could just decide to wear a condom and not ruin a women's life then dip out. You could say the man made the decision to pay child support for 18 years when he decided to cum inside someone.

Some people, of either sex, do not like the texture of a condom, and The Pullout Method requires a good deal of self control during a time where even the guy's partner might fight to stop it from happening.

Birth control allows for safer sex that feels superior, but I've seen some women not handle the adjustment well at all. If it turned out that I could take it without it being as badly for me as it was for them, then I'd do it.

BC was a nightmare for me. I'm so glad to be off of it. its the worst thing and I think more women should withhold sex from men to push them to take male birth control.

Same, i don't use it anymore and have always made it clear that men would have to use a condom or we weren't fucking at all. If men are so worried about women trying to baby trap them, they should be getting vasectomies.

How do you even prove that they actually had one?

 A condom or vasectomy?

The vasectomy, it's a surgery.

 That obvious.

For a male who do not want children Vasectomies are a good option.

However, despite being 'reversible' they drastically lower fertility, rates falling to less than 50% by the time its been in place for 9 years (this ofc depends on fertility factors prior). As such its not a great form of contraception for the general public.

We really need male birth control, I am sure they would use it given they get to raw dog it without consequence.

It's interesting that intervening with sperm production without causing infertility is way more difficult than intervening in a females menstrual cycle. More money needs to be dumped into this.

Studies have shown men deal with the exact same side effects as females though with the birth control so I know something is up.

I for one wouldn't take birth control.

From what I gather, we're happier when we have children, when we're old that is. And that's if our relationship with them is intact.

Avoiding unwanted pregnancy isn't too difficult. It's just a matter of doing what needs to be done. And we see often enough when women get pregnant, the potential Fathers know they just might be, while the men who aren't the Father will know for sure. I don't include those guys why deny being the Father when clearly he ejaculated in her.

From what I understand from the proposed methods tested over the years testosterone levels drop to such sever levels that it causes infertility. The major issue is that you need to isolate the hormonal theropy to just the testies, so that the lack of testosterone in other systems do not compormise overall health, while not causing infertility. Its just a much harder task given sperm production is a continuous process.

I am pretty sure this is correct, just read several papers that are metanalysis of male birth control candidates over the years.

There seem to be some new promising candidates though but are still in early stages of development.

A lot more funding would be a huge help in this field, atm it is hardly anything.

What's crazy is 75 percent of participants said they would use the birth control after the trial that's so nuts

At what, the surgery scar?

Is that something women look for in their partners these days?

I mean it's a way to show evidence of a vasectomy if she wants evidence it answers the question
