Unless it was formed into a hollow shape, gold is dense and will sink.

A gold crown will sink.

Why does wood flaot ? Because it isn't dense like a rock.

Do dead bodies float  ? Yes and with minimal effort we can float on our backs without treading water.

A penis will float. They aren't that dense.

I could be wrong, but logically I would think that if you cut off a penis and threw it in water it would not float.

My penis floats. Although my penis is attached to my husband's body so I can only see that float every now and then in such a specific tub based situation.
