As an adult I can eat breakfast never, and have a history of grumbling over how stupid it is to not have lunch options in the morning.

"Hi can you sub out the eggs with potatoes on that egg & steak dish?"
You might just have a very narrow view of breakfast lunch and dinner dishes because you can turn anything into a different type of dish with at least one substitution
