Hours after the arrest of Tate, an old video of Tate talking about his previous arrest resurfaced on Twitter. This led fans to believe that Tate has been released from jail after his December 29 arrest over human trafficking.

In the video, Andrew Tate made a statement about his previous arrest on the charges of human trafficking.

“I was not arrested. So what happened is I suffered a case of SWATTING. It’s very popular who are large on the internet.

“Somebody made a phone call to the American embassy that I was holding women at my house.”

On the previous occasion, Andrew Tate said that he and his brother were let go after 45 minutes and they were taken to the police station as they were “witnesses” of the scene.
