I skipped 5 mins and it is interesting, but not enough, so I will watch it during my workout. I also do not like the alpha/beta male bs. However, some people, women and men alike, are too much of a pushover to life itself or fragile narcs.
My choice of role models is what some may call alpha, but I view 'alphas' as fragile narcs and I do not think fragile narcs are role models. My choices are based on the ability of the role model to overcome great difficulties, self-disciple, and to never give up.

After watching this video, I would say Wang is not a pushover, he has the courage and goes for his goals. However, his style is shit and I might be bored and annoyed with that type of person, but I won't disrespect them.

Violence can always work, unless it's a magical world ig, but it is not always the most effective tactic. Gandhi is a famous example of dominating without using violence because he was educated and understood how the English worked.
He would be a good role model as well, he is a very devious man.
