It was pretty good, this year's been rough for food prices so it was nice to eat until I felt full for once. The cats got excited for bits of fresh turkey as well which made today pretty nice.

How did you season it? I think the last time we roasted in the over we marinated in a brine for a day first.

My folks handled it, so I'll have to ask them. Judging from the flavor it was probably something pretty basic, but it still hit the spot.
The prep for it began the day before's all I really know.
