I find it hard to believe you have a Pikachu Illustrator card.
How can I prove it?
You probably couldn't. I'd think it was a remake or counterfeit. How would you have gotten it in the first place ?
It seems very legit. There is a material on the front of the card that feels exactly identical to a small part of another card I have.
You could always do the rip test. 😏
TCGPlayer:The Rip Test
Just like it sounds, the rip test involves ripping a card in half. Real Pokémon cards are made of two thin pieces of cardboard glued together, with a black layer in between. By ripping the card, you can reveal this layer—if there is no layer, the card is fake.
That being said, the rest of this guide seems helpful in non-destructive ways.

Yeah I did everything up to the rip test/bend test, no reason to believe it is fake at all. One kinda weird thing, the weight of different cards seems to be different, and this one is relatively heavy. It seems to be about the same weight as a jungle Kangaskhan or 1st edition chansey, but heavier than any base set card I have that isn’t shadowless.

The only way to put your hands on this one is either buying through an authenticated vendor who may or not give you a certificate, and you won't pay cheap. The second one is stealing lol.
How much you paid on it for trying to resell at 80k?
