'Nice Guy' is a meme over how many men try to be fake-nice to get pussy, then act pissed off and entitled when they don't get it.
A lot of them blend into the Neckbeard motif, clad with a leather duster and fedora while questioning why their "M'lady"s don't get them the lust they seek. It's a really big problem, and it's almost impossible to demonstrate to them how what they're doing is wrong. They get this idea that if they follow a "Good Guy" script that it makes them good, effectively running 'fake it 'til you make it' while believing their own stink.
The problem with faking being nice is that a lot of them are bad actors, people can smell the problems from a mile away while the "Nice Guy" is used to his own stank. Following that you can count on them bitching about how "Nice Guys Finish Last", hence the meme name.
