How do you respond to caffeine?

I become really restless. Not just physical, but I'll also get a mood swing similar to hypomania, but It's brief.

Okay so you're not one of those people where it short circuits your energy.

What sort of stuff did you do to keep your energy under control?

I don't save screencaps, I remembered that antic of yours. Was easy to find, just searched general discord chat with "brag" and you were third result. Took all of maybe 30 seconds

Felt the need to defend. lul

If something is holding my attention, I don't have a need to move around. For me physical restlessness only kicks in when I am under-stimulated. When I get bored is when I start to move around. Generally I like to walk around. It's harder for me to think when I'm not moving.

For example. Responding to your post wasn't stimulating enough so I started walking around and thinking about how I'd respond. During that my mind wandered several times to different topics, I wasted about 30 minutes doing that, only to sit down on my pc and get dragged to reading other things, and completely forgetting what I was going to type in the first place.

As you can see my brain is terribly inefficient at completing mundane tasks.

Do you think you're ADD/ADHD?

Not entirely sure. As a kid I was classic hyperactive. It was so bad I was diagnosed with hyperactivity at 5 and put on mood stabilizers. I wasn't just hyper though, I had conduct issues.

I'm not sure what the criteria for hyperactivity is. As an adult I become restless if I have to sit down. I get the urge to stand up and do something else. If I can't my legs will twitch non stop. I always need to be doing something stimulating. I should point out during my teens I made a considerable effort in slowing down my movement and speech pattern.

I'd say my innatentiveness is severe, I actually spaced out about 5 times writing this. Hyperactivity I'd say is moderate.

However, no psych or therapist has ever concluded I have ADHD unless I told them. Only reason I was diagnosed is because I took a battery of tests for it specifically.

 Wow. I like your forwardness.

So what I gathered from this is that the psychologists chose this because it was offered to them. Which is typical. They're an uncreative lot. I don't doubt that you have these symptoms but I wonder if they could be better explained through a different disorder or set of disorders. Didn't you say you at some point experienced some kind of prolonged psychosis?

Research things before attempting to mock.

This would be against SC spirit.

Some researchers think adhd is a constellation of different disorders. I had a psychosis after doing too many drugs. It didn't last long and It's the only time I've been psychotic.

TK goes for a Panther, Slay goes for a Lion...

There‘s only so much edgy imagery to choose from. Cutlery. Skulls. Predators. Ed Hardy tier art. It’s gotten so tired that Hello Kitty is the cutting of edge. Slay, is fighting the system. Slay, is bringing it back. Reaper, is kicking it old school. Don’t throw away your parents avatars, these things come back in cycles. If this were a well developed bit, I could go on.
