the more people practicing compassion the better, it is not about offering something "new" as much as it is about being a compassionate influence

Well, you did just discount it being about fame, so I'm not really sure what TC is trying to argue. If it's not about fame, yeah: it's about having more of it in the world.

I'm not really sure what TC is trying to argue.
I'm asking what she'd have to offer that others would value, since she is insisting on spreading this to other people.
If they do not find value in her words, then she won't appeal to them. If it's for herself that's great, but she wants to heal others which means it's still about other people.
