Exactly, and I support this if I consider the art above a certain tier.
Take for example that monk who burned himself to death, that was a case of a human converting himself into art, and after his death he is still remembered, effectively immortalized.
Even Jesus if we really consider his martyrdom is another case of artistic appreciation, one that resonates with people even now when he could have instead focused on staying alive.
